Check out the Tutus album here for ideas. Each tutu is made with an elastic waist band for lots of use as they grow. A bow is attached to the tutu and a hair bow is made with the same ribbon. Available tulle colors are: Red, White, Yellow, Black, Navy, Lavender, Bright Purple, Light Pink, Hot Pink, Lime Green, Hunter Green, Kelly Green, Tiffany Blue, and Royal Blue.
